ShopAgentic

ShopAgentic is the native agentic commerce system: a coordinated squad of specialized AI agents, each owning one commerce job end-to-end, so brands and retailers can participate in agentic commerce without a replatforming project.

Alexander Ringsdorff and Kai-Thomas Krause have been present at the founding moment of three consecutive waves of commerce transformation. In 2011, as mobile commerce was emerging, they built CouchCommerce, one of the first companies anywhere to make e-commerce native to touch-screen devices. In 2015, as omnichannel became the defining challenge for global brands, they joined forces with an experienced team to co-found NewStore, which grew into a global SaaS platform for unified retail operations trusted by major international brands. In 2025, as agentic commerce began to take shape, they started again from scratch, deliberately, and with full awareness of what was coming.

ShopAgentic is headquartered in Hannover, Germany, and was founded in December 2025.
