VAST Recruiting

VAST Track & Field Recruiting and Football Recruiting helps student-athletes and parents understand the college recruiting process and take action with confidence.

Led by Coach Sherman Armstrong—a former Nike professional athlete and University of Georgia football speed and strength coach—our channel shares practical guidance on targeting schools, emailing coaches, completing questionnaires, preparing film and athletic profiles, handling coach calls, and understanding the importance of academics.

From eighth grade through senior year, learn how to develop your skills, increase your visibility, and find a college program that fits your athletic, academic, and personal goals.

We also offer recruiting education, mentorship, and one-on-one consulting.
