Family Caregiver for over 28 years, I share vulnerably and authentically my personal journey to reclaiming my health physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 
The daily demands and challenges of being a caregiver for our physically disabled son with a rare neuromuscular movement disorder had become my excuse for neglecting caring for me. 22 years into my journey, a family photo brought me face to face with a difficult reality...I had lost myself amid the demands and challenges of life as a caregiver.
The woman I saw in that photograph was hopeless, discouraged, and disappointed with life. She was over-tired, overweight, and overwhelmed. 
In that moment, something shifted! I made a decision...I was sick and tired of being sick and tired!!!
Now I coach other caregivers, empowering them to reclaim their health, embrace simple nutrition and healthy habits, and prioritize caring for themselves so they can better care for their loved ones with renewed energy and strength.
