Shayla after 50

I’m Shayla—a mother of three, grandmother, and business owner with nearly 20 years of construction experience. I previously owned a plumbing company and now help own and operate our septic and construction business.

I lost my husband to cancer while raising three children. My youngest was only five, and life taught me how to keep going, rebuild, and begin again.

I’m sharing real life after 50—improving my posture and strength, eating more whole foods, exploring supplements and healthier habits, organizing my finances and future, building business, and creating more freedom in my next chapter.

I don’t have everything figured out. I’m sharing my experiences, lessons, mistakes, and what’s helping me move forward.

If you’re over 50, rebuilding your life, or wondering what comes next, you’re welcome here.
