Welcome to the Shared Lives South West Youtube channel! Shared Lives is national scheme which provides a unique model of adult social care. It is provided in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset by Shared Lives South West, a registered charity (1104699) which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our carers are self-employed providing care and support within their own homes. We are incredibly proud of the service they provide and the outcomes achieved by people who use our services.
