We speak directly to real estate investors, changemakers, and people who care about doing well and doing good. Our shared housing model—based on our novel housing model Kate's House Foundation in Seattle—works. It's a proven win-win for residents and social impact investors alike.
We purchase the homes, provide the wraparound program, and our investors see both meaningful returns and massive community impact.
