# I started my Career post-MBA at age 22 as a Management Trainee in a Fortune 500 Company ABB. I have been an HR Head in various companies like - an ABB group company (its JV with the MP Birla group in Satna, at age 25), Oberoi Hotels (Head - HR, Trident Agra, at age 28), Daksh (Head BFSI BU HR - Later became IBM Daksh and then Concentrix), Global Vantedge (Head - HR, A Chrys Capital Company), Astra Global (VP - HR, A Westbridge Capital Co.)

I hold a bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University and a MBA from the FORE School of Management
