Shan Shan Jing

I’m Shan Shan Jing, a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgeon in London, working in NHS and private practice, specialising in breast surgery, facial aesthetics, reconstructive surgery, and holistic care.

This channel is dedicated to thoughtful, evidence-based conversations about plastic surgery, helping you understand your options clearly, safely, and without pressure. I share expert insights on breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast uplift (mastopexy), facial rejuvenation, recovery and healing, skin care, and long-term outcomes, alongside discussions on wellbeing, identity, and confidence.

My approach focuses on natural results, ethical decision-making, and restoration rather than transformation. Surgery is not just about appearance — it is about function, balance, and supporting the whole person.
