Since starting my wellness journey in 2020, I’ve lost over 140 pounds while navigating PCOS now known as PMOS, learning balance, and rebuilding confidence from the inside out, including 70+ pounds since starting my GLP-1 journey.

I share realistic wellness content, high-protein meals, beauty and fashion favorites, lifestyle vlogs, and honest conversations about transformation, self-worth, and becoming your best self without pretending life is perfect.
