You don’t have to heal first. You can change - and let the change become part of the healing.

For years, we’ve been told that we need to fix ourselves before we can create the life we want.

I don’t buy it.

Sometimes the healing happens because you finally start doing things differently.

You change the conversation.
You change the boundary.
You change the way you talk to yourself.
You change what you’re modeling for your kids.
You change what you’re willing to tolerate.

And somewhere along the way, you realize:

Oh. I’m becoming someone different.

That’s what this channel is about.

👋I’m Shannon - a mom of five, former teacher, longtime student of human behaviour, communicator, coach, and someone who has spent a LOT of time figuring out what actually helps people change in real life.

My work sits at the intersection of communication, teaching, empathy, parenting, relationships, identity, and wellnesss

Come hang out. Let’s figure it out as we go.
