I like to take papers from academia that I find interesting, and turn them into explainer videos. Sometimes I combine certain papers with the hopes of coming up with something new. But if I'm going to write a patent, I won't post that new science on here until it's approved and has become prior art. I still sell real estate full-time and will have testimonials on this channel from time to time, as well as the occasional guitar music video that I do for fun.
