Shan Club

Shan Club brings Eastern movement arts, wellness, longevity and community together for modern life.

On this channel, you’ll find Tai Chi and Qigong practices, expert conversations, event highlights, participant stories and original music created by Shan Club.

We believe movement is more than exercise. It is a way to build awareness, balance, strength and a deeper connection with everyday life.

Move Slowly • Breathe Deeply • Live Fully.
