Shalee Bayne: Motherhood, Mental Health, & Trauma

Motherhood has a whole side nobody puts in the baby book.

The overstimulation. The rage. The guilt after you lose your shit. Depression. ADHD. Marriage. Childhood trauma showing up while you're trying to raise your own kids differently. Loving your children more than anything and still desperately wanting five damn minutes where nobody needs you.

I'm Shalee Bayne — mom of five, creator, writer, and the woman behind Moms Don't Say That.

This channel is where we talk about honest motherhood, maternal mental health, depression, parenting kids with big emotions, trauma and cycle breaking, marriage, identity, and all the thoughts moms have but are scared someone will judge them for saying out loud.

No perfect-mom bullshit. No pretending I've figured everything out.

Just the stuff moms don't say.
