Setareh Kamali

Welcome to SET Sessions! If you're looking for more health advice, this isn't the channel for you.

But if you've ever thought, “I know what I should do. Why does being healthy still feel so hard?” — you're in the right place.

I'm Setareh, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and founder of SET Health Coaching.

I help women stop starting over and build healthier habits that fit their real life.

We talk about behavior change, motivation, perfectionism, and why being healthy can feel so hard.

Because maybe you don't need another perfect routine. Maybe you need the right support.
