Seniors In Motion

Nuda Stewart founded Seniors In Motion, Inc. in Chicago, IL because she saw too many older adults spending their days alone, waiting. Today the organization fills the calendar instead: trips and fests, cooking and fitness, garden mornings, benefits help, and mentoring that reminds our members how much they still have to give.

The vision keeps growing — bucket-list travel, a thriving community garden, cooking classes, and feeding seniors on fixed incomes.
