Senior Empowerment Circle

Welcome to Senior Empowerment Circle, your key resource for insights and stories focused on enhancing the lives of seniors in Rochester, MN, and beyond. Led by Laurie Mangen, Senior Home Coach, our mission is to connect, inform, and inspire those serving the senior community. Laurie and her team will conduct brief interviews with healthcare providers, caregivers, and housing experts to discuss various topics, including healthcare, wellness, aging in place, and mental health.
