Florida Key Real Estate

Welcome to Florida Keys Real Estate — your source for straightforward, experienced insight into buying, selling, investing, and owning property in the Florida Keys.

I’m Pete Riveiro, Broker/Owner of The Firm Realty Group, with more than 25 years of experience in Florida Keys real estate. My background as a former Merrill Lynch financial consultant, licensed Florida contractor, real estate investor, and longtime Keys resident gives me a different perspective on real estate.

On this channel, I’ll cover what buyers and sellers really need to know — property values, market trends, waterfront real estate, insurance and ownership costs, investment opportunities, local regulations, and the things that can make one Keys property very different from another.

There are plenty of places to learn what to do in the Florida Keys. My goal is to help you understand what you should know before buying or selling real estate here.
