Selina Gullery, B.A. in Modern Languages from Trinity College Dublin; E-RYT 500+; YACEP, is an internationally renown yoga teacher, teacher trainer and chef. She teaches and leads teacher trainings internationally, in English, German & French.

Her "School of Living Yoga" aims at making the practices of movement, meditation, and philosophy relevant to modern bodies and minds. Yoga can be practised in any moment, at any time of day - by living life in a way that engenders respect for all beings and the planet, inline with our innate rhythms entrained with nature.
