Samantha Long (Self Care With Sam)

Samantha Long is a trauma-informed yoga instructor (RYT 500) and Somatic Movement Practitioner. As a Somatic Self Care Coach and the Founder of Aligned Heart Yoga & Self Care, her goal is to support those who are ready to live more authentically and fulfilled by using somatic self care to promote emotional wellness and spiritual alignment.  Samantha integrates mindset coaching and spiritual guidance with somatic healing into her coaching sessions and workshops. The purpose is to support those who struggle with a lack of purpose, connection and self love. As a mother of two, Sam also has a specific focus on self care for moms as well as anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or addiction.
