Self-care For A Soft Life

Welcome! I’m Ebony!

💚 I am on a mission to help you cultivate a life that is balanced, enjoyable, and free from unnecessary struggles so that you can receive more joy, love, and fulfillment.

I’m a clinical sociologist with multiple coaching and professional certifications and over 20 years’ experience helping individuals and organizations thrive. This 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 YouTube Channel is for supporting individuals in their social self-care journeys.

In a society that emphasizes individualism, let's recognize that our mental and emotional health is deeply intertwined with our social connections and external environment.

When we invest in ourselves, our social networks, and in those parts of our life that impact us the most (such as career, wealth health, and relationships) we create a foundation for resilience and empowerment.

In what ways can we cultivate a life that includes more joy and less struggle?
