selfcarematters with VeeBee

Hello,
Welcome to my Channel Selfcare Matters with Vee Bee, a channel dedicated to the promotion of selfcare, a channel that may help you boost your immunity and resilience.
The anxiety, loss and isolation brought upon by Covid-19 is compromising our wellbeing.
As a Covid survivor, with a newfound appreciation for self care, I intend to share my insights and knowledge gained over 20 years of Counselling experience along with my practice of selfcare. I will be publishing on Wednesdays, sharing psychoeducational information related to self care, with one practical tip on stress management in each episode. I hope to create a respectful, compassionate community of self care practitioners.
Please subscribe to my channel as you commit to looking after yourself, and share with your family and friends so that they can benefit from this information as well.
I Thank you for your time and hope to see you soon again!
Until then, please be kind to yourself and one another.
Bye for now!
