Under the motto of contributing to the advancement of the national culture,Was established.
 
Korean Art song has the simplest and shortest form of music, yet it is a genre that has been widely loved by professional artists and music lovers because of the perfect combination of literature and music.
Just as music advanced countries such as Germany's Lied, Russian Romance and Italian Canzone are devoting and loving with art songs in their own language, we are also spreading with interest and affection for our songs, leading to the globalization of Korean music. It will be the first step.
