Scaling Outdoor Living

Marketing and sales for outdoor living company owners, from the first ad to the deposit.

Scaling Outdoor Living is for owners of deck, patio, hardscape and pool companies who already do great work and want more of the right jobs without dropping their price.

Your hosts are Savannah Gresham and Rex Andrews of Mill Creek Marketing. We’ve spent four years working with 100+ outdoor living companies across the country and put over $1M into their ads. On this channel we share what’s working right now: winning the job after the appointment instead of emailing a quote, getting better leads, following up with the homeowners who didn’t buy yet, training someone else to sell, and growing past word of mouth.

Real stories from real job sites and real sales calls.
