Before Team Hatch, I spent 6+ years leading product, sourcing, and operations for Australian businesses, building and managing local and offshore teams across logistics, procurement, finance, and product development.

I’ve worked extensively in China, managing factories end-to-end from pricing negotiations and product development to audits and inspections, and supported major retailers including Bunnings and Mitre 10.

After seeing what didn’t work in traditional offshoring, I built Team Hatch to help businesses save up to 70% vs onshore while paying Filipino talent above-market rates.
