EVV Yapı | Sayim Akdeniz

Hello, I'm Sayim Akdeniz.

I was born in Köyceğiz, Türkiye, in 1974. I graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1995 and completed my master's degree there. In 2003, we founded our company, and since 2006, together with Mesut Abacı, we have continued to grow it under the EVV Yapı brand.

EVV Yapı provides engineering solutions, construction services, and building materials across the Aegean and Mediterranean regions of Türkiye. We have collaborated with leading architects on numerous bespoke projects.

Our portfolio includes Çıtlık House, Ataköy House, and Elmalı House by PINarchitects, and U House by Ura Studio. These projects have been recognized in the Aga Khan Award for Architecture selection and finalist processes.

On this channel, we share construction techniques, engineering solutions, material selection, building products, and behind-the-scenes insights into EVV Yapı projects.
