Saundra An

I am excited to bring what I've found useful in my search for healing and overall wellness. I've found much peace utilizing awareness, meditation, and yoga in my own healing and recovery journey and that is where my passion for restoration of the human being comes from. Having healed my trauma utilizing Neuro-linguistic programming, I set off on a healing journey and found myself teaching mindfulness and wellness. I eagerly look forward to watching other beautiful humans grow and transform into their most amazing self. Stay Blessed Friends!
