Satyamshakti Mind Matters

I am a certified psychologist, and I am trained to administer various therapies like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), as well as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

I am an experienced Motivational Speaker, Energy Healer as well as Life Coach. To all these, I add my experience in the corporate world (IT sector), and my understanding of the demands of modern life is just that much sharper.
It is these that I bring to bear as I counsel people in distress, administer therapies, motivate people and walk with them on their life paths.

For me, sound mental health for people is a mission and this channel is an attempt to reach out to as many people as I can and make a positive contribution in their lives.
