Sarah Wilson Coastal Coaching Sussex

You’re confident, respected, and in control at work – but in your personal life, it’s a different story.

Work has felt safer than facing the emotional chaos of your personal life. But that coping strategy is cracking.

Then there’s your mum...

I help high-functioning professionals untangle the internal patterns that hold them back in their personal lives. Many have experienced toxic relationships – with ex-partners, family members, or workplace figures – and are ready to stop carrying the emotional weight alone.

Together, we:

Unpick the patterns behind emotional overfunctioning and self-doubt
Rebuild self-worth and identity – outside of performance or people-pleasing
Help you become the same steady, grounded woman in all areas of your life

I’ve lived experience of exactly what you’re navigating - layers of toxic relationships that made me feel not good enough and am a UK Top 5 Transformational Coach (National Coaching Awards) plus 2 awards for my Life Coaching Services.
