Center for Overcoming - Sara Brewer

Welcome to the Center for Overcoming by Sara Brewer! I'm Sara Brewer, trauma-informed coach and educator specialized in
shame-driven compulsive pornography use.

I've supported over 1,900 individuals through my coaching
programs, and helped tens of thousands more through my
podcast, Overcome Pornography for Good, which has over
2 million downloads.

Sara is certified through the Life Coach
School, and from there went on to
pursue additional certifications in
trauma-informed coaching and
 shame, along with education from
several different sex therapists.
Her approach is her own... built from
years of pulling together trauma tools,
 emotional regulation work, and CBT,
all grounded in a foundation of healthy
 sexuality. It's research-based, and it
 comes from watching real people
heal, not just theory.
