Sanyu Seiki Co., Ltd.

Sanyu Seiki is a precision machining shop in Takasaki, Gunma, Japan. Since 1986 we have made parts for electronic-component manufacturing equipment, aerospace jigs and fixtures, and casting equipment for magnesium and aluminium alloys — small batches, built to drawing.

What sets us apart: we build our own EDM machines for producing PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tooling, and the cutting tools for CFRP, ceramics and other hard-to-machine materials that come off them.

On this channel
- Machining on our machining centres and NC mills
- How our PCD tools and EDM machines work
- Inspection on the coordinate measuring machine
- Daily life in a small Japanese machine shop

Enquiries about drawings, tooling and equipment are welcome — as are people who want to work with us.
