Welcome to my cozy corner of the internet! 🧶
A space where art, mindfulness, and life's quiet moments come together. Inspired by the wisdom of my grandmothers, I embrace the slow, intentional rhythms of life—through drawing, stitching, and creative expression.

Each week, I share thoughtful, bite-sized videos that explore:
🌸 Art & creativity
🌸 Mindful living
🌸 Movement & self-care
🌸 Kunstzinnige therapie & Anthroposophy
🌸 Reflections on life’s ever-changing phases.

This channel is a place for shared wisdom, self-reflection, and connecting with intuition. Together, let’s stay grounded in the analogue world, and nurture our inner selves through the art of slow living.

Join me on this journey of creativity and exchange.
