Sam Davies - Mind & Body

Welcome to Sam Davies – Mind & Body.

I’m Sam Davies, a Stockport-based chiropractor, health and nutrition coach, and trainee integrative psychotherapist.

With over 14 years of chiropractic experience, I explore the relationship between mind and body, and how our nervous system, physical health, emotions, relationships and lived experiences shape how we feel and function.

Here, I share evidence-informed insights on the nervous system, stress, emotional regulation, chiropractic, movement, nutrition, psychotherapy and personal growth.

My approach brings together physical and psychological perspectives to support a more compassionate, integrated understanding of health. I’m interested in looking beyond quick fixes and understanding the whole person.

Whether you're navigating physical symptoms, stress or emotional challenges, or are curious about the mind-body connection, I hope you'll find something useful here.
