Samantha C Stokes, RN

I help women become the most confident, ambitious, and strongest versions of themselves 🏋🏽‍♀️

I’m Samantha, an RN of 16 years, pharmaceutical-free for 12, and creator of Rooted Body. After years of running on empty in the ICU, I’m rebuilding my body, my business, and my creative life from the ground up, and sharing all of it here.

On this channel:

Strength workouts you can do at home or in the gym
Real talk on confidence, ambition, and wanting more
Simple, nurse-informed health habits for busy women
Behind-the-scenes of leaving the system and building my own path

If you’re done shrinking to fit spurious rules about who you’re supposed to be, you’re in the right place. Subscribe and let’s get strong together.
