I am Salwa Mohammed Ashique. I am a home maker just like you all, but who has a passion for cooking.  I was a Finalist of a reality show – Foodshala season 4 ( Biggest reality show of Middle East ) on Colors TV. I am a person who just loves to experiment in the Kitchen with my Cooking. Am a person who can Cook any time, all the time. I love Indian Cooking which according to me is the best Cuisine. I am from Mangalore ( Karnataka ) & I love our typical Mangalorean dishes. So, here I am willing to share my own recipes, some learned, some experimented. Through this channel, I would be bringing out some of the finger licking rare recipes of my Own, from my Grandma & my Mom. Which will no longer be within my kitchen limits.
