Said The Pastry Nerd

Welcome to the world of French pastries! My name is Said, I am a French-Comorian guy sharing pastry recipes of both my heritages. My goal is to share with you, on a weekly basis, all the classics of French pastry that I grew up eating in Paris. This page will not be about sharing a mere list of ingredients, but mostly to guide you with tips and tricks to make sure you end up with the most beautiful cakes to share with your loved ones. Peace!
