SAGE (Students Academy for Global Entrepreneurship) helps Large Organizations build better Employer Brands via providing a proven 21st Century Skills and improve their Entrepreneurship and Innovation capabilities of Young Adults for future recruitment. Helping young adults understand the 21st Century necessities and build a robust understanding of Entrepreneurship and Innovation helps them make educated decisions in their careers that are significantly extended due to changes in retirement and employment systems globally. We enable Mid-Level Managers become certified SAGE Trainers that increase their engagement to the company and give them a secondary purpose by engaging them with current and future young employees. Our triangular value creation cycle builds capacity within the company reducing costs, increase engagement between employee segments and build external reputation with programs and entrepreneurial social responsibility programs.
