Sacred Woman Institute is a space for women who are ready to stop thinking their way to peace and start feeling it.

Through somatic body practices, guided meditations, breathwork, and embodiment work rooted in Kundalini yoga, Reiki, the Silva Method, and Taoist and Tantric wisdom — this channel offers practices for building a daily relationship with your body and your inner life.

Here you will find support for coming home to yourself. For cultivating peace that comes from within. For expanding your capacity for aliveness, presence, and sensory awareness.
