Morris Losier

50 yrs old, 5ft.5” tall, 169 lbs., lifetime natural athlete. Hoping to inspire other people younger, older and especially 40-50+ men and women out there to get up, get out and do the damn thing you truly want to do. I am clearly not a “bodybuilder”, don’t get me wrong I like “bodybuilding” but it’s just not my thing. I am and have always been a “strength/ power” athlete and a 30 yr. vet in the boxing game.
I love being strong, powerful, flexible, lean and agile and I train accordingly.
