sKiYYa & the Dream Machine

We are the Vienna-based psychedelic/alternative rap group sKiYYa and the Dream Machine. sKiYYa's lyrics inform our songs thematically, which seek to highlight the complexity of the world. Our eclectic musical style mirrors this complexity sonically.

With our debut release, Scream (Live), we explore deeply personal and intimate themes. By speaking about taboo and  stigmatized topics, we hope others may feel heard, seen and as a result feel less alone. 

Known for our immersive live shows, we debuted at Kultursommer Wien 2024 and have since played venues across Vienna and appeared on Radio Orange’s Open Phil Broadcast.
