Improving life through Improv! My improv journey has improved my life immeasurably. Join me and the troupe, as we continue that adventure for improvement through improv.

Things we'll venture together:
- Building Community & Connection through Shared Experiences
- Getting Into Your Body and Out of Your Head
- Quieting the Inner Critic/Editor
- Dialing Up Self-Expression and Creating Positive Self-Narratives
- Exploring the Philosophy of Comedy
- Understanding the Cognitive-Neuroscience of Improv, Comedy, and Storytelling
- Having Fun and Sharing Laughs
- And much much more!

I'd love for you to join our little Improv Troupe here on YouTube! Looking forward to connecting and playing together!
