RunEQ (feat. Coach Aiden)

I'm Brad. 16+ marathons. Solo founder. And the guy who has tried everything, from training apps to PDF plans. None of it was built for how I actually train. So I built Coach Aiden.

He's read every running book you were told to read but didn't. He knows your training history on day one, tells you the honest truth about where you are, and adjusts the plan when life happens, because it always does.

This channel is my real training journey, with Aiden coaching me every step: my build to Las Vegas in February and beyond, in pursuit of a life goal to run a marathon on every continent.

Follow along for the wins, the suffer fests… all of it. In front of the world.

RunEQ has fully integrated cross-training across 6 modalities and an Injury Recovery Mode. More inside. Join me for the journey!

Training That Bends, Not Breaks.
