Hockey Canada Rule of the Week

Sean Tobin is a senior Hockey Canada official for the past 34 years. He is a member of the Hockey Canada Officiating Program Management Group and is the National Lead responsible for Officiating Coaching for Hockey Canada. He has served as an Official, Referee-in-Chief, Officiating Coach, and Officiating Mentor in various branches of Hockey Canada from Newfoundland and Labrador to British Columbia. Sean is also part of Hockey Canada's Master Officiating Development Program.

He breaks down the rule and explains how it should be applied in a game situation, often with video examples.
