The Mind & The Messiah

I created The Mind & The Messiah to be a weekly podcast that explores mental health topics, such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, OCD and other unresolved issues that could be barriers to the best versions of ourselves.  The podcast explores these topics and then looks at the Scriptures to explore how God speaks to these same struggles.  Our time together is aimed to thoughtfully examine how Scripture acknowledges human suffering and emotional distress while offering truth, wisdom, healing and restoration.
