Roxi Beauty Tips. Life begins at 40 ♥️ (Im 48 now)

Hello. I am Roxana. A 48 years old (now, in 2023) Romanian. I have created this channel because I want to share my daily face massage routine. It's a process I've learnt during time, after watching lots of videos on this topic and after I've read articles about different types of face massages, face treatments and, generally speaking, about how to maintain the skin glowy, stretched, healthy, young as long as possible.
I do hands face massage, gua sha face massage and face yoga during the day, every day. It doesnt have to take a lot of time, at once. You can practice Face Yoga, for example, while washing the dishes, while cooking, while bathing etc. Also, gua sha or hands face massage can be done in few minutes while watching a Tv show or a movie. It is up to you how long time you want to spend on facial massage. Even 3 or 5 minutes daily are going to help.
Before proceeding, I always use a face serum or an essential face oil.
