I’m a registered counsellor, life coach, author and speaker based on the Gold Coast, Australia, passionate about helping people heal, grow and create a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Through this channel, I share practical guidance, around mental health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, personal growth, mindset, stress, self-awareness and navigating life’s challenges including visualisations.

Drawing on counselling approaches, coaching, mindfulness, personal development and lived experience, my aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply, respond rather than react, build healthier relationships and feel more confident in the person you are becoming.

My philosophy is simple: Heal. Grow. Thrive.

Subscribe for practical tools, honest conversations and encouragement to help you move forward — one step at a time.
