Roots Ranch Portugal

Hi, I’m Faith
I moved to rural central Portugal in 2017 to live closer to nature, off-grid, from the land and back to our roots.
In this time, I have lived in geo-domes, a yurt, tent, campervan, double-decker bus, a log cabin, a ruin, on my own lands and on others.
I’ve settled here on the edge of a small village with my partner, our sheep, chickens, geese, ducks, dogs and cats on a farm that are doing our best to regenerate.
Soil health is the foundation for our and this earths health. We cannot keep taking from the earth and need to give back again.
As a health coach, what I have witnessed is that we as a human race are mostly all completely nature deficient. We are being called back to the land, to real life, to the wild and we are mostly ignoring this call, which makes us unwell, and unsatisfied.
When we get more rooted with feel happier and healthier, so I hope this channel inspires in some way more of that, where ever you currently live!
