Hi, I’m Ash, a cybersecurity leader, wife, and Frenchie mom who believes wellness should support real life, not control it. I reversed prediabetes without restriction and rebuilt trust with food after years of confusion around nutrition. My work focuses on intuitive nourishment, blood sugar support, strength, and hormone aware wellness in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. PCOS is part of my story, but not the whole story. I create content for women who want to support their health while balancing work, family, and real life.
