Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida

Childhood illness is an immensely difficult and stressful time for a family. Our programs are built on the simple idea that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on healing their child - not where they can afford to stay, where they will get their next meal or where they will lay their head at night to rest.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida assists families with seriously ill children being treated at area medical facilities through our two programs, the Ronald McDonald House located in Gainesville, FL and the Ronald McDonald Family Room, located on the 10th floor of UF Health Shands Children's Hospital. Last year, we served over 640 families at the Ronald McDonald House and over 8,223 individuals at the Ronald McDonald Family Room.
