ROBERT & SELF-DISCOVERY

SELF-DISCOVERY
--------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to my YouTube channel. This channel has been created for MODERN FATHERS and everyone interested in self-discovery, mental fitness, and personal development, both in a private and professional context.

Almost three years after the birth of my son, I myself struggled in a very dark place, what nearly destroyed my family. When my wife became pregnant, I was completely unprepared for what fatherhood truly means. This channel gives everyone the opportunity to prepare for fatherhood and to learn about all the topics associated with it. It is my gift for you, from father to father.
