Robert Milligan IV

This channel is a continuation of Robert Milligan, Robert Milligan Jr. and Robert Milligan III. The reason for the channel changes is because I am guilty of spreading Medical Misinformation, the truth, about COVID. I hope that you find my channel educational, informational and inspiring enough to help spread the word about Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM). Only public knowledge of the program's existence will create a possibility of its' end. People are suffering right now all around the globe and are targeted with microwave radiation through a compromised electromagnetic field because the government can disable individuals' natural defense against microwaves. This channel is the unfolding story of the restoration of the People's rights, liberties and freedom. I speak the truth but am continually silenced by social media and my Freedom of Speech is repeatedly violated but I continue on because I have the right to express my opinion. Wake up before it's too late. Freedom is in Peril!!
